Dr. Konstantakopoulos has significant experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in inter partes review proceedings. In 2019, the analytics service Patexia identified him as one of the top 30 most effective attorneys representing petitioners in PTAB proceedings and, in 2020, Patexia identified him as the 11th best performing attorney representing petitioners in PTAB proceedings. Patexia also recognized him as one of the most active attorneys representing petitioners at the PTAB. With a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dr. Konstantakopoulos has represented clients in fields including wireless communications and standards, network systems, computer security, computer software, internet-based applications, microprocessors, digital and analog integrated circuits, video coding technology, storage systems, fabrication technologies, semiconductors, light-emitting diodes, and medical devices.
During his doctoral studies at MIT, Dr. Konstantakopoulos was a research assistant in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory working in the Computer Architecture Group. For his master’s degree, he conducted research in the Microsystems Technology Laboratory working in the Digital Integrated Circuits and Systems Group.
