Thomas Romanchek’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling. 

During law school, Mr. Romanchek served on the George Washington Law Review. He received a distinction for his note on gene patent practices and subject matter eligibility challenges in the GW 2023 Finnegan IP Writing Competition. Mr. Romanchek also served as a Kahan Health Law Fellow and spear-headed the development of a health law blog, Essential Coverage¸ to provide valuable space for academic conversations about emerging issues in health law. Prior to law school, Mr. Romanchek studied Bioengineering and Psychology at the University of Illinois, where he both started an undergraduate science journal, Brain Matters, and was recognized for his leadership and service to the Engineering College with the Knight of Saint Patrick Award.
