Before joining Desmarais LLP, Mr. Kotecki was a law clerk to Judge Richard G. Andrews of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. During law school, Mr. Kotecki served as a senior executive editor of the Washington University Law Review, and he worked as a student attorney at the First Amendment Clinic. In 2022, Mr. Kotecki participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition, where his team won first place and the best brief award in the regional round.
