Kayla Clough’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling. 

During law school, Ms. Clough served as an Articles & Essay Editor for the California Law Review and Supervising Editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law. Ms. Clough interned with the Health Team for the Committee on Oversight and Reform of the U.S. House of Representatives, where she worked on hearings and ongoing investigations on pressing national health concerns. She also served as an extern with the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and performed pro bono legal work for the Native American Legal Assistance project (NALA) at Berkeley Law.
