Allan Carlsen’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology-related litigation.

During law school, Mr. Carlsen served as editor-in-chief of Temple Law Review and competed on Temple Law’s National Trial Team. He researched under Professor Paul R. Gugliuzza in the areas of patent litigation and civil procedure. Mr. Carlsen graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Upon graduation, he received a scholarship award for his published paper on Section 101 patentability in addition to his award for excellence in trial advocacy.
