Benchmark Litigation recognized Desmarais LLP partner Leslie Spencer in its “Top 250 Women in Litigation” list for 2024, which highlights the industry’s leading women litigators across all practice areas in the United States.
 
“These women have earned their place by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients,” Benchmark said in its announcement for the list.
 
Spencer has more than 20 years of experience representing leading technology companies in the federal courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). She tries cases involving patents related to computer software, encryption, network security and communications, semiconductors, autonomous systems, Fintech, medical devices, and healthcare informatics.
