Desmarais LLP partners John Desmarais and Jonas McDavit were named to the 2024 edition of the IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists, which honors those helping maximize the value of intellectual property portfolios.
 
These “are individuals with a deep understanding of the ways in which intellectual property can most effectively be put to work. These are the world-class IP strategists we seek to identify in this benchmarking project,” IAM said in its announcement.
 
IAM selects the annual Strategy 300 honorees based on a research process that includes confidential nominations and extensive interviews conducted with senior members of the IP industry. The list includes individuals from service providers, corporations, research institutions, and universities.
