As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, DLLP is pleased to sponsor the DLLP Diversity Fellowship. We are seeking applicants who have demonstrated resilience in their path to a career in law, and possess a strong record of academic achievement, leadership qualities, and excellent writing and interpersonal skills. The DLLP Diversity Fellowship will be open to qualified first- and second-year law students interested in any of our offices in New York, Washington DC, and San Francisco.
Fellowship recipients will have a paid position in the firm’s summer associate program. In addition, DLLP Diversity Fellows will receive up to $30,000 in additional scholarship money paid in installments as follows:
- $10,000 at the completion of a successful first summer following the 1L year, including receipt and acceptance of an offer to return to the firm for a second summer;
- $10,000 at the completion of a successful second summer following the 2L year, including receipt and acceptance of an offer to join the firm as an entry-level associate;
- $10,000 when fellowship recipient joins the firm as an entry-level associate.

Eligibility:
All applicants must be enrolled in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school, and have demonstrated resilience as well as the potential for success in law school and in the practice of law.
DLLP Diversity Fellows may not participate in a similar scholarship program or be an award recipient at another law firm, nor may Diversity Fellows split their summer with another law firm.
