The 2025 edition of Benchmark Litigation highlighted Desmarais LLP partner John Desmarais as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, and the firm earned a Tier 1 ranking in the Intellectual Property category along with four other partners receiving recognition as leading litigators.

Benchmark Litigation also named Desmarais LLP partners John Desmarais, Paul Bondor, Alan Kellman, and Leslie Spencer as “Litigation Stars” and partner Kerri-Ann Limbeek as a “Future Star.”
