The Trials and Technology Practice Group Awards recognize Desmarais LLP’s major recent victories including defeating $400 million in claims against Cisco in a bench trial, securing a $57 million settlement for IBM after winning an $82.5 million jury verdict, winning dismissal of $2.8 billion in claims against Apple, upholding dismissal of $75 million in claims against Cisco before the Federal Circuit, and achieving two inter partes review victories for IBM before the Federal Circuit.
