Notable Successes

Desmarais LLP again led Vault’s rankings for “Best Intellectual Property Boutique Law Firms” in the United States, holding the No. 1 position for the third straight year in a row and earning the No. 4 spot for “Best Midsize Law Firms in New York.”
 
The firm has also received recognition in Vault’s ratings as a “Top 150 Under 150” and as a leader in “Compensation” and “Selectivity” when hiring associates after they graduate from law school.
 
The 2022 Vault rankings are based on responses to its Annual Associate Survey gathered from more than 20,000 law firm associates across the industry from March through May 2021 and published in the summer of 2021. In the survey, associates cannot rate their own firms but provide feedback on firms within their region and practice areas based on a variety of factors, including overall prestige, reputation in a region, and expertise within specific areas of law.
