If you have a technical degree and already know that your legal career will be in the field of intellectual property law, we offer an exciting program for students who are interested in attending law school part time and working with us full time. As a patent agent/technical advisor, you will be able to work on a wide range of technical aspects of our litigation matters as well as proceedings in front of the USPTO. We expect the candidate to attend law school in an evening program and obtain (or already have) a patent registration number. We do not have billable hour
s requirements and have a casual and inclusive work environment. The firm covers tuition expenses.
