Recent Desmarais LLP victories include an $82.5 million jury verdict for IBM; upholding a summary judgment of non-infringement at the Federal Circuit for claims of $100 million against IBM; a $400 million favorable settlement for Cisco Systems; and defeat of an appellate challenge to a summary judgment of non-infringement for claims of $75 million against Cisco.
