Before joining Desmarais LLP, Mr. Hilyard worked as a Process Engineer at one of GlaxoSmithKline’s biopharmaceutical manufacturing plants. During law school, Mr. Hilyard was a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Mr. Hilyard obtained a Master of Bioethics interdisciplinary degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. Mr. Hilyard was also the vice president of the Penn Intellectual Property Group, and a member of the Order of the Coif.
